Bożena Bujnicka
STAGE DIRECTOR
Apart from singing, Bożena is also developing her stage direction skills, having worked as a director (making her debut at Teatr Wielki - Polish National Opera in 2017), assistant director (including the preparation of revivals on her own), as well as a multimedia director (multimedia scenography and mapping 3D).
She also worked as Coordinator of the Video Team at NFM, focusing on raising up the video quality of classical music recordings. Her role was to be responsible for the visual side of the recordings: directing, video supervising (partly editing herself, too), scenography conceptions, costumes if needed etc., aspects which help the listener to "listen" through the eyes, too. Her last video was transmitted on Mezzo TV as the first polish production of that type. She still collaborates with NFM, preparing new movie productions, and together with Zbigniew Bodzek (Director of Photography) started LetMeSee.Productions.

Completorium in Bujnicka's staging was highly valued by Mezzo TV and had been transmitted by this station all over the world in December 2022.

Aci directed by Bujnicka is a contemporized Handel’s opera. Through transferring the action into the reality of a Polish school, it emphasizes the tragedy taking place in the Greek myth.

Mozart - Magic Flute
The Kingdom is a mini version of one of the most distinguished operas in the world – The Magic Flute by Mozart. This classic in Bujnicka’s interpretation delights with a well-thought-out screenplay, dynamic action, blaze of colors and moving multimedia stage design.
In order for the complex story to become comprehensible and close to the viewers of different ages, the performance starts with a versed introduction, and the language of spoken and sung parts is Polish.
