In March 2017 she made her professional debut as the stage director of About the Kingdom of Day and Night, an abridged version of Mozart’s The Magic Flute, staged by the Teatr Wielki – Polish National Opera. The performance was a great success and resulted in numerous revivals in 2017/18.
She took part in the Miniatures: creating opera & music theatre for children & young audience workshops in La Monnaie in Brussel and LOD Music Theatre in Ghent (Belgium). Bożena also worked as an assistant director (including the preparation of revivals on her own) for Vivaldi's Farnace (Festival of Baroque Opera – Dramma per Musica, directed by Natalia KozÅ‚owska) and the world premiere of Petitgirards Guru (Opera at the Castle in Szczecin, directed by Damian Cruden).
Bożena's multimedia direction skills were highly valued. She was invited to stage multimedia for Open Air Opera - Faust by RadziwiÅ‚Å‚ (directed by Jitka Stokalska). Projections based on the motifs from Bosch’s paintings were displayed on the façade of Nieborów Palace. In December 2018 she staged mapping 3D for COP 24 - ONZ Katowice 2018 made by Clockwork Multimedia Studio for JSW SA.

In 2019 she made another production - as a director, costume designer, and multimedia director: contemporized Haendels Aci, Galatea e Polifemo.

In 2021 she started cooperation with NFM in Wroclaw as coordinator of the Video Department, and she staged several video recordings of concerts. Her last one - as the first one in the history of this institution- will be on a French television channel devoted to classical music - Mezzo.
